Company history
According to the company's website, it was founded in 2012 as a startup. It is known that then the team was headed by Armmaster. It also featured pUnK2014 and TheAK47.

Little information is known about the company. Judging by the Twitter, the main office was located on the Vavilova street, house 24, Moscow, Russia.
Closing and selling the company
By 2019, ExaGear stopped making a profit (or it was small) for the company due to the fact that the program was hacked, and it was possible to use it for free, and the too expensive program, as well as management, played a role in the future of the company.
On February 28, 2019, all projects were closed, and in October 2020, the company was sold to Huawei, later ExaGear Huawei was released
